Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on products which are still brand new, with all original packaging and accessories, within 14 days of the time you receive your order. Please send return/exchange inquiries to our Customer Service line at support@skdclub.com before your item is sent back to receive a RMA ID.

We don’t do returns or exchanges for broken strings or beads. The string of the Kendama is the most common part of the Kendama to “break”, as friction from the wood wears away at the string, and there is repeated tension on the string. Kendamas are meant to be restrung, and we are happy to offer a replacement string and or bead if yours breaks or comes faulty.
